Classes are held at the Sovereign Knife Company shop in Georgia. Small group sizes mean individual attention — you won't be watching a demonstration, you'll be working steel yourself from the first hour.

The Smith
Sovereign Knife Company is a working Georgia bladesmith shop — not a factory, not a reseller. Every knife is made by hand using the stock removal method, selecting steels chosen for toughness, edge retention, and longevity: 80CrV2, 5160, MagnaCut, and more.
The goal is simple: build blades worth passing down. Each model in the Sovereign line is named after a chess piece — The Rook was the first, The Knight followed as the opening of our straight razor series. Every piece carries the same standard.
